The Big Pole Barn

 

 NOTE: The barn cannot be rented until an Occupancy Permit is obtained. If you happen to know a state licensed architect or engineer that will complete an inspection, draw a blueprint and submit it to the state for a whole lot less than $7,000, please let me know.

 

The Big Pole Barn is available to rent for your next private event.

It will hold about 100 people, has several seating areas & houses

a large stage. The 70x40 Big Pole Barn is great for large gatherings - birthday celebrations, graduation parties, school & family reunions, hog roasts, live bands, dances, classes & meetings, anniversaries & weddings.

 

Rental includes a designated parking area, portable toilets, a horseshoe pit, a large gathering firepit & smaller firepit with benches near the barn.

 

You provide your own caterer here on the farm. There are no

required catering service fees & no pre-approved caterer list.

 

Half Day - Prices are $75 for a half day (7 hours). You can pick

either half from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

 

Whole Day - Rental is $150 for a full day (15 hours).

 

We require refundable deposits for cleaning & possible damage to the property. There may be a separate charge for electricity based on usage.

 

Event tents are allowed with additional rent depending on the size of extra lawn space you need.
